Ms. Koester is a Founder, Managing Partner and President of Dragon Horse Agency having conceptualized the agency in 2015 and subsequently launching in 2016 with Co-Founder Patrick Blake Renda. Ms. Koester is also the Co-Founder of the natural skincare company, Moxie Creed, launched in 2016.

Ms. Koester has been a professional researcher/copywriter for over 20 years. As a former professor of psychology, she brings to Dragon Horse an extraordinary understanding of how people think and how to meet their needs.

Ms. Koester has spent 15 years in retail as an owner/operator and has been a consultant to emerging companies to help them best meet the needs of their clients, from a physical layout vantage, inventory selection and client communication strategies. Following the successful launch and eventual sale of her own unique retail store, Ms. Koester became the founding board chair for what would become the Golisano Children's Museum of Naples- C’mon.

During her 11-year tenure, the most important job was successfully communicating the message. She directed its multi-year capital campaign to successfully raise $27 million, overseeing all marketing associated with fundraising and the museums eventual launch. Ms. Koester is the creator and co-host of a weekly, lifestyle radio show “Life with Moxie” and a weekly lifestyle columnist for an international web-based news site.

Patrick Blake Renda

Mr. Renda has an extensive professional career winning numerous accolades and awards in institutional investing as analyst and technology sector portfolio manager, in the retail industry as a founder and executive, and in tv/film media as an actor, producer, production manager and successful entrepreneur.

Mr. Renda is a Founder, Managing Partner and Chief Global Strategist of Dragon Horse Agency having conceptualized the agency in 2015 and subsequently launching in 2016 with Co-Founder Julie Koester. Mr. Renda also is the Co-Founder of the natural skincare company, Moxie Creed launched in 2016.

Mr. Renda has been ranked as Best of the Buy Side by a top institutional investor by Institutional Investor Magazine and won several commerce and industry awards as the founder and executive of the rapidly growing, retail skincare company Naples Soap Company. Mr. Renda was also a Founder of Naples Soap Company and awarded several Excellence in Industry Awards by The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce in 2011, 2013, 2014 and was also awarded Florida Retailer of The Year by The Florida Retail Federation.

Mr. Renda was also a key part of the multi-Emmy award-winning production team for the nationally syndicated, sports variety television show, “Roggin’s Heroes” and NBC Sports’ “Sports Bowl.” Mr. Renda has also been the creator and co-host of the successful weekly active lifestyle radio shows “The Soap Dish” and “Life with Moxie.”

Mr. Renda is active in several organizations, has volunteered as volleyball coach at the Naples YMCA and is a sponsor / advisor of the Florida Gulfside Volleyball Club Academy.

Mr. Clay brings to Dragon Horse over two decades of award-winning television and live event production and directing, ranging from documenting international humanitarian mission work to multi-screen conference presentations all over the U.S.

Mr. Clay has produced inspiring and motivational fundraising videos and TV shows for non-profit organizations throughout the world, as well as producing successful television ad campaigns for area businesses. In addition, as the immediate past Director of Operations of the Naples International Film Festival and a 30-year local resident, Mr. Clay has a core understanding of what the Southwest Florida clientele both expect and demand for their money.
